Always start fresh!

Starting something new can be challenging, even if you genuinely believe in it. It can be even more difficult to establish a regular routine that may not lead to immediate financial gain but can provide valuable knowledge after some time. I can actually make an estimate or a quotation if you like. In my experience, it took me around four months, or roughly 126 days, from when I purchased this domain to when I began with the habit I set myself to start. But for you, it can be much shorter…

The precisely perfect first step doesn’t exist.

The first step I took in writing my first gig on this page has been quite a challenge for me. While some people may find it easy, it has not been the case for me. If I had an idea, I shattered it to pieces after a few hours spent in the back of my brain. Do I seek validation in this? Well, I would like to, but I should not. I sacrifice doing something for thinking it is best to start later when the idea hits. However, I realized lately – THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT STARTING

I work in sales and recently I have been thinking about how I would sell the idea of Jan’s blog to my customers. Although I have a good relationship with them, I struggle to find the right way to pitch the idea. My ideas are great, but they still need to be fully developed. I have been daydreaming about this blog so much that I have created it in my mind, but I still need to build it on the domain I paid for. It feels funny now that I am finally about to change it. 🙂

I learned in Startup School (I always will be recommending this, YC champs!) that it’s better to start something than not at all.

The morning was full of sunlight and hope.

This is the start of something new for me. A fresh start, I am returning to frequent writing and, for now, outside of my native language. By the way, the headline I used is a quote from Kate Chopin’s “The Awakening.” I feel much better now that I have clarified that. You know, it needs to be perfect, or does it?
